Lefkes Village

Lefkes is an inland mountain village that used to be the capital of Paros during the Middle age. 10 km away from Parikia and 300 metres above the sea level, offers a breathtaking view to the Aegean sea and the island of Naxos.

Away from the mass tourism, and following the traditional Cycladic style, Lefkes is a small village full of white and blue houses, wonderful churches and a hill covered with olive trees that will offer you an amazing place to relax and mingle with the locals, listening to stories for the island.

From this beautiful village, a paved footpath dating from the Byzantine period, will lead you to the village of Prodromos and ends up to the sea.
